New London Police Seize Narcotics, Stolen Firearm from Apartment: Report

Police said they arrested two people who were in possession of narcotics, a stolen gun and more.

NEW LONDON, CT – A Washington Street apartment was raided by state and local police Thursday, wherein they arrested two people, The Day reported.

Police seized a pistol, 10 rounds of ammunition and $1,159 cash from Albert Uzzle’s, 41, apartment, according to The Day. Officers also seized crack cocaine and drug packaging material.

Uzzle was arrested on a number of charges, including possession of a stolen firearm and operating a drug factory, according to The Day. Aisha Wilcox, 30, was also arrested on charges including possession of narcotics and failure to appear in court.
