New London Possible Kitchen Fire Displaces 2 Adults, 1 Child
The fire set the three's apartment ablaze.
New London, CT- Two adults and a child were displaced after a possible kitchen fire set their apartment ablaze, The Day reported.
New London firefighters posted on their Facebook page that they were operating at 31 Michael Road, Apartment 8 for a working fire close to 5 p.m. The cause of the fire is believed to have begun in the kitchen, though the cause has not yet been determined, according to The Day.
No other apartments were affected by the fire, The Day reported. The Red Cross has meanwhile assisted the displaced three.
