NEW LONDON, CT - A New London resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On February 10, Michael Collins, of New London, purchased a 10X Cash 14th Edition ticket from Sully's Mobil Mart in New London and won $10,000.
