New London Woman Crashes into Garage, Collapses Part of Structure
The woman was reported shook up but uninjured.
NEW LONDON, CT – An elderly woman drove into a garage Thursday, causing the structure to partially collapse, The Day reported.
The woman crashed into the garage at 311 Ocean Avenue around 1:30 p.m., according to The Day. Police said the woman drove down her driveway and accidentally hit one of the front corner posts of the garage.
The woman was uninjured, but was reported to be a bit shook up, according to The Day. The car was mostly outside the garage when it collapsed.
