A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 71-year-old woman.
NEW LONDON, CT — Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing woman. Andrea Jacobs, 71, was reported missing Monday. She is 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 120 lbs., and has blue eyes.
