Plans for $40 Million New London Condo Complex Moving Right Along
The project is conceived as a series of three buildings with ample parking and a host of amenities to attract millennials.
NEW LONDON, CT - A multi-million dollar condominium complex in New London is closer to becoming a reality, The Day reported.
Plans call for the $40 million complex to be located on Howard Street, according to The Day. The project, called Shipway 221, is hoped to become the first new construction in the Fort Trumbull Municipal Development area.
The project is conceived as a series of three buildings with ample parking and a host of amenities to attract millennials, The Day reported. Officials also hope to specifically target employees at the nearby Electric Boat.
