Police Arrest 3, Seize Heroin Following Search: New London PD

Police said officers seized heroin, a loaded firearm and more after searching a New London apartment.

NEW LONDON, CT — Police said officers arrested three people and seized heroin, a loaded firearm and more after searching a New London apartment Tuesday.

According to a news release, police said officers served a narcotics-related search and seizure warrant at the Nautilus Drive residence around 6:43 p.m.

As a result of the search, officers located and seized approximately 6.2 grams of heroin, approximately 25.9 grams of Tramadol, digital scales, a loaded Hipoint .380 caliber semi-auto pistol, drug paraphernalia, ammunition [.22 caliber rounds], a ballistic vest and $3,000 cash, according to police.

Following the search, police said Michele Tillman, 48, of New London was arrested on charges of possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia among other charges.

Police said Lamar Fluker, 39, of New London was arrested on charges of possession of narcotics and tampering with evidence.

Police said Christopher Garcia, 25, of West Haven was arrested on charges of possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and tampering with evidence.
