Police Arrest Two New London Men on Armed Robbery Charges in Parking Lot: Report

NEW LONDON, CT - Police arrested two men early Saturday morning charged in connection with an armed robbery, The Day reported.

Suspects Randall Sowa, 52, and Gloria Okoasia, 53, were arrested in the parking lot outside the Ravi Mart on Broad Street, according to The Day. Police were called to the scene after a victim called 911, reporting he had been robbed at knifepoint.

Police said the suspects fled the scene in a Dodge pickup truck but were later stopped by officers, The Day reported. Officers said they seized a weapon allegedly used in the robbery.
