Police Hosting National Drug Take Back Initiative in New London

NEW LONDON, CT - The New London Police Department will be participating in the National Drug Take Back Initiative sponsored by the Drug Enforcement Administration on Saturday April 29, 2017 at the New London Police Department.

Officers will be on hand in the lobby of the police department to take back prescription drugs or medicines from the public, according to a release. Designated NLPD personnel will be available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. to facilitate this initiative. (To sign up for New London breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
