Police Investigating Man Thrown from Vehicle by Passenger in New London
Police said the man reported he had been thrown from the vehicle he was driving by a person he was giving a ride to at the time.

NEW LONDON, CT - Police said they responded Tuesday to reports of a man being thrown from a vehicle and laying in the roadway near Ocean Avenue and Plant Street in New London.
The New London Emergency Communications Center received 911 calls at approximately 8:30 p.m. reporting a male thrown from a vehicle laying in the roadway, police said. Officers located a conscious male laying in the roadway upon arrival, according to a release. (To sign up for New London breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
Police said the man reported he had been thrown from the vehicle he was driving by a person he was giving a ride to at the time. The victim said the passenger became angry with him and got physical while he was driving, police said.

The victim was subsequently transported to L&M Hospital by the fire department for further medical attention, police said. A follow-up investigation revealed the suspect to be Victor Hall, 23, of New London, police said.
Hall also has an active domestic violence warrant for disorderly conduct, according to a release. Police said the investigation remains active.
