Police Seek Suspected Liquor, Cash Burglar In New London

NEW LONDON, CT - The New London Police Department is seeking the public's help identifying a burglary suspect. Police said the suspect was caught on surveillance video burglarizing the Bird’s Eye Café at 187 Jefferson Avenue.

Police said the burglary occurred May 17 between 6:31 a.m. and 6:34 a.m. Approximately $1,320 was taken in the incident, according to a release. (To sign up for New London breaking news alerts and more, click here.)

Police said two bottles of Crown Royale and one bottle of Jack Daniels Honey. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police immediately.
