Property Revaluation Set For Spring 2018 In New London
Property revaluation for the city of New London is set to begin in Spring 2018.

NEW LONDON, CT — City officials said property revaluation for New London is set to begin in the spring of 2018, according to the New London Day. The state-mandated program will be conducted by Vision Government Solutions Inc.
Revaluation is conducted every five years, and New London will being its data collection in the spring, the New London Day reported. All properties recently sold or with open building permits will be visited and inspected by Vision staff members, town officials said.
Data collectors will carry both photo identification and a letter of identification from the assessor’s office, the New London Day reported. Their vehicles will also be registered with the New London Police Department.
