Shots Fired, Bullet Holes Found Inside New London Home: Police

Police are investigating the Wednesday evening shooting.

NEW LONDON, CT — Police are investigating after a shots fired call Wednesday evening. Police received the call at 7:11 p.m. reporting shots fired and possible bullet holes inside a home near Jefferson Avenue and Boulder Drive.

After arriving at the home, police found evidence supporting the caller's report. The incident does not appear to be random and no injuries were reported.

The investigation remains active.

It's unclear whether this incident is related to a shots fired call and building fire that left two dead Wednesday night.
