Small New London Restaurant Fatboy’s Offers Wide Range of Taste
The new eatery with a catchy name is already making waves with its fresh selection of seafood and more.

NEW LONDON, CT- Fatboy’s Kitchen and Bar recently opened in June and is expanding the selection customers in the downtown New London area have to choose from, The Day reported.
The newly established eatery is a creation of Johnson & Wales graduate Ron Dutes, as well as partner Danie Sullivan and general manager Bryant Darigan, according to The Day. Dutes and his team are working to combine different ethnic tastes into a fusion of offerings called New American comfort food.
The menu offers a limited but flavorful menu of fresh seafood and items such as a shrimp po’boy and a short rib grilled cheese, The Day reported. It also boasts a bar menu featuring seasonal concoctions like the cucumber mojito and the blueberry collins.
