NEW LONDON, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Roxanna Gainey, 16, who was reported missing from New London on July 13.
Gainey is described by police as a black female with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighs 380 pounds, according to police.
She was last seen wearing a pink top and black pants. A photo wasn’t provided.
