THE TRIBE By Christopher Annino

THE TRIBE was created by a group of pro wrestlers of Native American heritage, the purpose was to preserve Native American and world tribes culture and history. Some of the key members in THE TRIBE are Suma Te Woke La, Redman, Nyla Rose, Chief Jay Eagle and their leader wrestling Legend Princess Victoria. Other additional members of THE TRIBE are Susan Tex Green, Big Hoss, Sabrina Wrestling’s Wonder Woman, The Great Cheyenne, Roxy White Fox, The Great Malaki, Rescue 911 Danny Donahue, and The Celtic Princess Bebe Cook. The group is unique in the sense it represents the tribes from around the world. “We believe in equal rights, and respecting the great spirit’s land and those who inhabit it. AHOOO!” says THE TRIBE. They are more than a group of wrestlers they are a family and each and each and every one of them have an unbeatable passion and spirit. They care about one another and no matter what they have each other’s back.

Some of the native American’s that Princess Victoria https://www.facebook.com/pages/Velvet-McIntyre-and-Princess-Victoria-Fan-Page/136667386411992 looks up to are the Navajo Windtalkes “Even after being seriously discriminated against, members of the Navajo Nation answered the call when the military requested their assistance in developing a code based on the Navajo language that Japanese intelligence experts couldn’t break. Without the help of the Navajo, World War II conflicts such as the Battle of Iwo Jima may have turned out very differently for the U.S. Because the code the Navajo created remained a top secret for decades” said Princess Victoria co-founder of THE TRIBE she later added  “It is an honor to represent the Native American Community in the ring. Knowing that I represent them has always made me strive for greater perfection to represent them properly.”

To be the figure that they can look up to and say "wow, Im just like her" and be proud of their culture.”

                Highflying sensation Redman https://www.facebook.com/pages/Redman/285803341560482?fref=pb&hc_location=profile_browser

expresses that Chief Sitting Bull is a warrior that he looks up to because he stood up for  his people and their beliefs. “To be in THE TRIBE I’d have to say it means PRIDE!!! Our people are very proud. To me, nothing feels better than being Native!  I bring that same train of thought to the ring. My tribe, the Haliwa Saponi, is tattooed on my stomach. That way, my enemies know where my "never die" attitude comes from!!! From my war paint, to my war dance, to the loincloth I wear, I AM NATIVE!!!!”

THE TRIBE’s co-founder Princess Victoria who is part of the Sammanish tribe which is one of thirteen tribes of the Iroquois Nation expresses her secrete to a successful but happy life “Hone your craft. Even if you are not a wrestler. Any thing you do is worth doing well and the only way you can achieve that is with hard and serious work.” Check out THE TRIBEs page https://www.facebook.com/pages/THE-TRIBE/183711865085620
