New Milford Student Presents at College Inquiry Symposium
She is pursuing a bachelor of science in biochemistry and molecular biology.

NEW MILFORD, CT --- Local student Emily Federowicz presented her work in botany at Lebanon Valley College's annual Inquiry symposium.
Federowicz, a graduate of New Milford High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in biochemistry and molecular biology at The Valley. Her works was entitled, “Oak MAST: Monitoring and Assessing Seed Traits.”
More than 160 undergraduates representing academic departments across campus displayed their work to an audience of faculty, peers, trustees, administrators, industry representatives, and friends of the college during the symposium. Student work included original research, scholarship, and creative efforts.
