The 2014 Newtown Chili Cook Off

Eight local restaurants will compete for the best chili in the area... and YOU are the judge! Enjoy chili, beer, live music, games & more!

Have a little fun this Wednesday, November 5th from 5:30 - 8:00 PM at the Edmond Town Hall Gymnasium, 45 Main Street, Newtown and help us decide who has the best chili in the Greater Newtown area!

At the end of the night, the votes will be tallied and the contender with the most votes will win a special prize and bragging rights for the best chili around.

HELP GIVE BACK!

We are also asking attendees to help give back to our community through a food drive. We will be collecting items for The F.A.I.T.H. Food Pantry; they are in need of cereal, juice, pasta and sauce, soup, etc.


TICKETS

Tickets will be available for purchase online until 11:00 AM on November 5th at: www.newtown-ct.com/ChiliCookoff.
After then, you may purchase your ticket at the door.

Chili Tasting Only:
$15 in advance | $20 at the door

Chili & Beer Tasting:*
$25 in advance | $30 at the door

*Attendees participating in the beer tasting MUST be 21 and older. ID’s will be checked at the door. Souvenir tasting glasses will be given to the first 200 attendees in the door who have purchased a chili & beer tasting ticket.

This event is not recommended for children. Please keep the little ones at home! Any other attendees under the age of 21 will be required to purchase a chili tasting ticket.
