Adult Day Center to Host "Becoming Your Parent's Parent"

New England Young at Heart and Old Glory Days Adult Day Center will host “Becoming Your Parent’s Parent” speaker panel. This group will allow caregivers and pre-caregivers to learn what resources are available to them in their community; how to find balance in your life; and the importance of self care for the caregiver. Speakers will include Ann Fowler-Cruz from Cohen and Wolf, P.C. and Karen Thorpe, MSW from ElderCare Connections.
