The Armor of Light - Community Screening... TOMORROW!

Newtown Congregational Church will host a screening of Abigail Disney’s The Armor of Light this upcoming Sunday, January 10 from 1pm until 3pm. Q&A with Abigail Disney and Rev. Rob Schenck to follow the screening.....

Is it possible to be pro-gun and pro-life? Is it possible for liberals and conservatives to discuss the issues that divide America in a civil manner? Come explore these questions through a documentary film that follows the life of an evangelical minister and a mother of a teenage shooting-victim.

The Armor of Light, a documentary produced by Abigail Disney, will have its regional premiere on Sunday, January 10 at 1 p.m. in the Newtown Congregational Church Great Room fellowship hall.A discussion with some of the film’s principles will follow the viewing. Refreshments will be served.

There will be no charge for this event, but freewill donations will be accepted to help defray costs.
