Drumming The Chakras: Drum Circle and Workshop
Join SOUND on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 7:00pm for an evening with Gloria Amendola and Mark Zarrillo around the drum circle.

By the power of drumming together in circle, we will raise the energy in the seven major chakras. The sound of the drums will vibrate the essence of each center, from root to crown.
Before we begin drumming, each chakra and its meaning will be explained. Chakra readings are optional and will be offered so each participant can get a better sense of where energy is flowing and where it may be stuck.
Once the drumming begins, the center of the circle is avaialble to anyone who wants to use that space in order to open their chakras more fully. Move in and out, according to what feels right, or simply sit and let the rhythm wash over you.
