SOUND, a Center for Arts and Mindfulness, offers an exciting and varied Fall calendar of new and returning programs. Classes begin in late September and early October and registration is currently underway. Special event dates and times are as noted. For children and teens, SOUND offers several yoga options including:

• Storytime Yoga (ages 1-4 with parent or caregiver)

• Stretch & Glow Yoga (ages 3-6)

• Team Yoga for Teens & Tweens (ages 10+)

• Yoga for Young Readers (ages 4-8, pre-K to 1st grade reading levels)
