Shop Holiday Book and Gift Sale at Newtown Library on Dec. 5th & 6th

The sale is located in the C. H. Booth Library, 25 Main Street, Newtown, CT 06470, Lower Level Meeting Room on Saturday, Dec. 5th from 9:30-5:00 and Sunday, Dec. 6th from noon to 5:00. The library has been a special stop for this festive holiday weekend for the past 11 years. Because this Holiday Sale starts Saturday, December 5th shoppers can get a head start on the weekend. “The large downstairs library meeting room will be chock full of a wide selection of quality books for adults and children at prices that simply can’t be beat.” says volunteer, Toni Earnshaw.In addition there will be new, sealed dvd’s and cd’s, many unique gift items like puzzles and toys and a broad selection of fun stocking stuffers. This year many generous local businesses have donated wonderful gift items as well.

As always there will be holiday themed and general interest books for children of all ages and a large selection of fiction and nonfiction for adults and children. The proceeds earned by the Friends of the C. H. Booth Library Holiday Sale will benefit our town library.
