
Mindful Meditation is about paying attention. It’s about being present and creating space. Space to relax, space to make choices. Join us for Mindful Meditation 101 where we will explore several different meditation and breathing practices designed to increase mindfulness, focus and reduce stress. We will use a variety of props including the option of sitting in a chair. This class is suitable for everyone. Class is taught by Kat Barton, E-RYT 500 and will be accessible and light hearted.
