Newtown Man Charged With DUI After Urinating In Parking Lot: PD

A witness told police that a man was drinking alcohol and urinating in a parking lot. He was later arrested for DUI.

NEWTOWN, CT — A Newtown man was arrested on DUI charges after he was witnessed drinking alcoholic beverages and urinating in the parking lot of Carminuccio's restaurant on South Main Street March 16, according to police.

A witness called police around 1:47 p.m. to report what the man was doing and stated he drove away in a Toyota Camry.

Officers went to the residence of the registered owner and found the vehicle parked in a garage. They determined that Robert Krosky had driven home and was under the influence, police said.
