Newtown Police Seek Vehicle Involved in Hit and Run
Police are seeking a vehicle which allegedly left the scene of a crash on Rte. 34 near the Misty Vale Deli.
SANDY HOOK, CT — Following a motor vehicle accident on Rte. 34 near the Misty Vale Deli, Newtown police are seeking a vehicle which allegedly left the scene after the collision.
According to police, officers responded to the scene of the accident which is reported to have happened at 8 a.m. Tuesday. Police are seeking to identify the vehicle which is pictured above.
Police told Patch that nobody was injured as a result of the accident, and that if there is any damage to the suspect vehicle, it would be on the passenger side front bumper.
