Newtown Public Schools Hiring for 19 Jobs

NEWTOWN, CT —Students may be more focused on Spring Break, but the districts are gearing up to hire more personnel. Newtown has several available jobs it is looking to fill.

It's important to note that these positions are either vacant or mandated by the state or federal government.

The school system is not adding new positions to the budget. Over the past decade, school districts have been reducing positions as enrollment has continued to drop across the state and county.
