SOUND is located within the historic Hawleyville Chapel, which is steeped in history. The chapel was originally built in Brookfield in the 1800’s by the hands of its congregation. At that time, it was primarily used for weddings. The chapel was moved to its current Hawleyville location in the early 1900’s and shared a property with Upham’s Japanese Tea Garden (c1930). SOUND is conveniently located directly off I-84 at exit 9 (Hawleyville/Rte 25/Brookfield/Newtown).
