Church Hill Road: A Volvo S80, operated by Walter C. Bronson, 73, of Delavan Avenue, Beacon, N.Y., turning left into the Blue Colony Diner parking lot on Church Hill Road collided with a Hyundai Elantra, operated by Paige Crowe, 18, of Old Woodbury, Southbury, at about 4:15 p.m., Thurs., Jan. 12, police said. Police issued a written warning for failure to grant right of way to Bronson. Occupants of the Hyundai were taken to Danbury Hospital with unspecified injuries but not identified as serious, according to the police's news release.
Commerce Road: A BMW X3, Honda Pilot and Toyota Tacoma parked at 12 Commerce Road was struck by a van that had been parked but rolled out of position at about 11 a.m., Thurs., Jan. 12, police said. None of the vehicles were occupied at the time, police said.
Sugar Street: A Nissan Altima, operated by Katelyn E. Bolmer, 24, of Berkshire Road, drove off the roadway and crashed into a small tree at about 4:10 a.m., Thurs., Jan. 12, police said. Police reported no injuries. Bolmer was issued a written warning for restricted turn.

Wasserman Way: A Volvo S80, operated by Mary L. Leanza-Sullivan, 58, of Winding Brook Road, traveling east on Wasserman Way crossed the center line and struck an Acura 2DX, operated by Stephen J. Zukerman, 46, of Hemlock Trail, Redding, and a BMW Z3, operated by George C. Geanuracos, 47, of Huntingtown Road, at about 6:20 p.m., Thurs., Jan. 12, police said. A passenger of the BMW suffered a report of wrist pain, police said. Leanza-Sullivan was charged with driving under the influence, operating without a license and failure to drive right of curve. She was released on $400 bond and was to appear Jan. 29 in state Superior Court in Danbury.
Wasserman Way: A Subaru Forester, operated by Julie Mooney, 49, of Partridge Lane, struck debris on Wasserman Way at about 8:15 p.m., Thurs., Jan. 12 that originated from an earlier accident, police said. The vehicle sustained a flat tire as a result, police said.
