Sacred Sound Journey Friday Evening at SOUND!

SOUND -- A Center for Arts & MIndfulness -- is hosting a Sacred Sound Journey Friday evening, 11/6 at 7 pm in its Hawleyville studio. Join intuitive sound healer Casey Dixon on didgeridoo and gong with New Age recording artist, reiki master and teacher Jennifer Zulli playing the Tibetan singing bowls. Give your mind, body and soul the gift of deep relaxation and healing meditation.

During this vibrational meditation, the sacred sounds of the didgeridoo, gong and Tibetan singing bowls envelop you in the present moment. The deep drone of the didgeridoo and the ringing of the ancient Tibetan bowls are known to alter brain waves to enhance deep meditation and relaxation.This is a wonderful way to truly de-stress and rejuvenate oneself after a long week.
