The families sued the InfoWars host, alleging his broadcast accusations resulted in their defamation and their receiving death threats.

NEWTOWN, CT — A Connecticut judge has handed six families of victims killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School a legal victory on Friday in their battle against radio host Alex Jones, ABC News is reporting.
The families have been granted their discovery request, giving them access to InfoWars' internal financial and marketing documents, among other data.
