Sandy Hook Woman Charged With Making Hoax 911 Call
The woman allegedly called in a fake burglary to police.

A Sandy Hook woman was charged with making a hoax 911 call.
On Sept. 8 police were dispatched to Hilario’s service station on Mount Pleasant Road on a report of a burglary.

Police determined the call was a hoax and determined that Alexa Larsen, 47, made the call.
Police observed Larsen driving a motorized scooter on Mount Pleasant Road and stopped her.

She was charged with misuse of 911 and operating under suspension.
