SOUND, a Center for Arts and Mindfulness, is offering new and returning programs to nurture the body, mind and spirit this Spring. Classes begin in late April and early May. • Release, Restore & More - Saturday, 4/24 from 11 am-1 pm

• Zen and the Art of Seeing Part I: A Gentle Intro to Creative Photography - Saturday, 4/16 from 1-5 pm

• Zen and the Art of Seeing Part II: Photography as Meditation - Saturday, 4/30 from 1-5 pm

• Mother’s Day Partner Yoga - Saturday, 5/7, 4:30-5:30 pm

• Partner Yoga - Friday, 5/13 from 7:15-8:30 pm

• Angels in the Round: An Angel Circle - Sunday, 5/22 from 11 am-2 pm

• New Moon Monthly Circle - Fridays, 5/6, 6/3, 7/1, 7/29, 8/26 (drop-ins welcome) from 7:30-9 pm

Children’s summer camp offerings include:

• YogArts Camp (ages 6-10), 7/12-7/15, 9:30 am-12 pm

• Mindfulness, Meditation & Energy Camp (ages 11-14), 7/18-7/21, 3-5 pm
