Divorce/Separation Support Group
A mutual support group whose members are adult women experiencing
the trauma of divorce or separation. This group provides an opportunity
for participants to understand their relationships past and present; work
through feelings of grief, loss, rejection, guilt and other emotions
related to their experience; and gain a sense of their own identity,
autonomy and fellowship of others. Two time options. Women may
come to one or both.
 Evening group: Mondays; 7:00 pm—8:30 pm
 Facilitated by Gail Post, MA, NCC
 Daytime group: Thursdays; Noon-1:30 pm
 Facilitated by Cynthia Sarris, LCSW
