North Haven police arrested Lyle Widdows, 34, on three outstanding arrest warrants Tuesday night.Widdows surrendered himself at the North Haven Police Department headquarters at about 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 20, according to a police press release.Police said that all three warrants were for failure to appear in court following a variety of criminal charges including theft, and narcotics related charges.Widdows was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear and one count of first-degree failure to appear.
