When an ambitious and naive, recent theatre arts graduate, undertakes to direct a play featuring the patients from the local psychiatric hospital, he is met with circumstances and life-lessons far beyond his expectations. A unique blend of character-study and improvisational development, this musical dramedy features a wide array of rich and memorable characters who have left audiences throughout New England entertained for more than thirty years.
