If you, or someone you know, is living with Chronic Lung Disease, there is a NEW Better Breather's Club in Norwalk. Check it out!
If you, or someone you know, is living with Chronic Lung Disease like COPD, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis or lung cancer, there is a NEW Better Breather's Club now formed at Norwalk Hospital. Led by an American Lung Association trained facilitator, you will learn better ways to cope with your diagnosis and live life to the fullest during these FREE and regularly scheduled educational programs.
It's fun, it's enriching AND it is supportive.
