Norwalk Police Department Promotes 3 Members

Dominic Cisero, Joseph Dinho and Scott Ribisl all received new titles.

NORWALK, CT — Three veteran members of the Norwalk Police Force received promotions this week, officials announced.

Dominic Cisero, who has been with the department since 2004, was promoted to sergeant. Prior to this new title, Sgt. Cisero's most recent promotion was to detective in 2011.

Joseph Dinho, a member of the force since 2007, was promoted to lieutenant from sergeant, a title he held since 2013.

Scott Ribisl was promoted to from officer to detective. Det. Ribisl has been with the department since 2012.

"Congratulations to the officers and good luck in their new assignments," officials said.
