Officials to Tighten Rules on Renting City Property After 500+ Person Party
The party ended in melee and gunfire over the weekend and now officials are considering new policies.

There was some damage to the Gallaher Estate grounds following a wild 500+ person party that ended in melee and gunfire.
Norwalk Parks and Recreation approved the Gallaher Estate use for Sikoyia Bennett to host an “All White Gala” on July 5, according to the Norwalk Hour.
There were no incidents at the beach, which had 20,000 people, but the estate party turned into a mess, said Parks and Rec Director Mike Moccaie.
