Romanov Dynasty Lecture At Norwalk Library Feb. 28

Norwalk, CT, January 28, 2020 – The Norwalk Public Library is pleased to present the second lecture in the four-part series, “Before the Revolution: Four Women and the Romanov Dynasty,” about four women of the Romanov Dynasty, who lived to witness the Russian Revolution that brought about the Romanov Dynasty’s end. Historian and Reference Librarian Dr. Ramona Garcia will present a fascinating view of Queen Olga of Greece, the niece of Tsar Alexander II and the wife of King George I of Greece, on Friday, February 28, at 12 noon, in the Main Auditorium, located at 1 Belden Avenue, Norwalk. A light lunch will be provided courtesy of the library.

All programs begin at 12 noon.

Known throughout Fairfield County for her dynamic history presentations, Ramona Garcia works as a part-time Reference Librarian. She has a PhD in history, and has taught European history at the college level. She has presented conference papers in the United States and Great Britain, and has been published in her field of English history.
