110 Bags Of Fentanyl Seized In Norwich Arrest: Police
The arrest occurred in the Greenville section of the city.

NORWICH, CT — A total of 110 bags of fentanyl were seized by Norwich police this week during the narcotics arrest of 30-year-old Norwich resident Kenneth Bingell, according to police.
Bingell, of Dillon Lane, "was arrested by the Narcotics Unit with the assistance of the Patrol Division during an attempted drug transaction in the Greenville section of the City of Norwich," wrote police in a post on the department's Facebook page.
In addition to the bags of fentanyl, police also seized two cellular phones, $392 in cash, packaging materials, and cutting agent.

Bingell's bail was set at $150,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court date on May 3.
