2 Arrested On Narcotics Charges In Norwich: Police

The arrests occurred in a parking lot off of Salem Turnpike.

NORWICH, CT — Two Norwich men were arrested by police on narcotics charges Monday after members of the Norwich Police Department's Narcotics Unit saw them engaged in an alleged drug deal in a parking lot off Salem Turnpike.

"As a result 141 Percocet tablets were seized along with over $2,100 in cash," wrote police in a statement.

Arrested were Jonathan Fowler, 25, of Lambert Drive, and Kyle Scott, 27, of Palmer Street. Fowler was charged with:

Scott was charged with:

  • Possession of Narcotics
