Incarcerated Man Charged In Norwich Vehicle Break-Ins: Police

Police said an incarcerated man has been charged in connection to several vehicle break-ins that occurred in Norwich.

NORWICH, CT - Police said an incarcerated man has been charged in a number of vehicle break-ins that occurred in Norwich last summer, the New London Day reported. He was arrested Monday on a warrant, police said.

Walter A. Spraski, 43, was charged in connection to several vehicle break-ins that occurred June 9, 2016, at the Prime Electric facility in the Norwich Business Park, according to the New London Day. He is currently serving time at the Robinson Correction Institution in Enfield.
