Man Shoots in Direction of Police Cruiser in Norwich: State Police
The suspect allegedly fired a gun toward a police cruiser.

NORWICH, CT - State police arrested and charged two men after one of them allegedly fired a gun in the direction of a police cruiser, NBC Connecticut reported.
Police said Wesley Hine, 23, was the passenger in a car traveling south on I-395 near exit 18 in Norwich, according to NBC Connecticut. The suspect allegedly fired a gun toward a police cruiser at this time.
Officers are unsure if the suspect was specifically shooting at the cruiser or simply firing the weapon, NBC Connecticut reported. Hine was arrested following the incident, as was the 23-year old driver Joshua Richardson.
