(Kunstraum) Dada Post was an artist-run organization, founded in January 2008, by Howard McCalebb in Berlin, Germany. In 2022 Mr. McCalebb moved to Norwich, Connecticut, and establish the art gallery Dada Post USA. Mr. McCalebb is a sculptor and active figure on the international art scene. Dada Post USA is an autonomous space for the production, display and discussion of current art. Foremost, we contemplate artistic expression from the standpoint of pure inspiration emanating from the source – the artist. We are keenly interested in the effects of Globalization on art practice, and the notion of a hybridized Post Modern art practice. As a contemporary art space, Dada Post USA is primarily concerned with artwork that is the most current, reflecting the actual meaning of the term: Contemporary Art. We offer a program of exhibitions and events, featuring videos, poetry/literary readings, music and other live performances, during and between art exhibitions. The original inspiration for both (Kunstraum) Dada Post and Dada Post USA was the Cabaret Voltaire in Zürich, Switzerland and Andy Warhol’s Factory in New York City – which were open venues for impromptu gatherings, events, and artistic experimentation. NORWICH, CT - Norwich police arrested two people on drug sale charges Monday <a href="http://www.theday.com/policefirecourts/20170306/police-charge-pair-with-selling-heroin-cocaine-out-of-norwich-home" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">after executing a search and seizure warrant</a> at their home, the New London Day reported.Police obtained <a href="http://www.theday.com/policefirecourts/20170306/police-charge-pair-with-selling-heroin-cocaine-out-of-norwich-home" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">a warrant following a month-long investigation</a> into the sale of heroin from the couple's residence, according to the New London Day. Officers charged Christopher D. Nolan, 35, and Lashea M. Wade, 26, with possession of heroin and cocaine with intent to sell among other charges.Detectives seized <a href="http://www.theday.com/policefirecourts/20170306/police-charge-pair-with-selling-heroin-cocaine-out-of-norwich-home" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">57 grams of heroin and 12 grams of cocaine</a>, as well as $8,356 in cash, a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 2007 Nissan Maxima, the New London Day reported.
