Norwich Firefighters Put Out Arson Fire at Vacant YMCA Building
The blaze is the second arson fire in vacant town buildings, as well as the third fire in the past week.

NORWICH, CT – Firefighters battled a fire on Main Streetat the vacant YMCA building Monday, according to The Day.
The fire had started in the rear of the building’s second story close to 6:20 p.m., The Day reported. The blaze is the second arson fire in two nights in vacant town buildings, as well as the third in the past week.
The city fire marshal is investigating all three fires, according to The Day. It took roughly 45 minutes to get the fire under control.
