Officers Locate Man Wanted by Norwich Police with 2 Active Arrest Warrants
Police said the suspect was also in possession of a vehicle reported to be taken without the owner's permission.

LEDYARD, CT - Ledyard police arrested a man wanted by Norwich police at his North Wind Circle home, according to the Norwich Bulletin.
Police charged Christopher L. Taylor, 35, of Ledyard with failure to appear and said he had two active arrest warrants, according to the Norwich Bulletin. Police also said Taylor was in possession of a vehicle reported to be taken without the owner's permission.
Officers located Taylor inside his vacant residence and ordered him to come outside, the Norwich Bulletin. When he refused, officers located a way inside and arrested the suspect.
