Sister of Convicted Killer Seeks Reward Money in Norwich Murder Case
Her brother was convicted for fatally shooting a man eight years ago, and is now applying for reward money.

NORWICH, CT – The sister of a convicted killer is asking for the reward money offered for information about her brother, The Day reported.
Shavonna Kincade, sister of Jose Ramos, and her husband are seeking the $25,000 offered by the state for information to the arrest and conviction of her brother, according to The Day. Both testified at Ramos’ trial in February and have applied for the reward.
Ramos was convicted for fatally shooting Tynel Hardwick in Norwich eight years ago and sentenced to 60 years in prison, The Day reported. The presiding judge of the trial deferred action on the reward since Ramos is appealing his conviction.
