Man Asleep at Wheel Charged With DUI
A 69-year-old Oxford man was found sleeping behind the wheel at 2:31 p.m. on Monday, police say.
A 69-year-old Oxford man was found sleeping behind the wheel of his car and was later charged with driving over the influence on Moose Hill Road Monday, according to a police report.
Donald Kosakowski, of 61 Punkup Road, was found by police at the corner of Moose Hill Road and Route 188 at 2:31 p.m., police said. The transmission was in drive but the driver was sleeping, police said.

He was released on a $500 bond and will be arraigned Feb. 15 at Derby Superior Court.
