Miller Leads Wolverines Over New Fairfield

Oxford football wins 19-12.

Oxford High School senior quarterback Alex Miller had two rushing touchdowns to lead the Wolverines to a 19-12 victory over New Fairfield on the road Friday night.

Miller scored on runs of 8 and 2 yards, respectively, to give Oxford its third win of the season. Oxford improves to 3-6, while New Fairfield drops to 3-6.

Senior running back Joe Greco ran 15 times for 92 yards. Fellow senior running back Chris Hovan scored on a 1-yard run.
